Lee, NH (August 9, 2019) – Jon McKennedy, Chelmsford, Mass. retook the lead on lap 29 of the 75 lap Ollie Silva Memorial from Bartlett, TN's Kyle Edwards and would hold that spot for the remainder of the race. McKennedy, who had won the 2014 Silva, easily picked up $1000 from Shea Concrete Products, at the halfway mark. McKennedy pretty much was unchallenged for the remainder of the race.

Sandusky, Ohio (July 27, 2019) - The Saturday Hy-Miler race was a complete turnaround from Friday night's Fast Forty fiasco that saw almost half the field damaged in the race. A herculean effort was put forth through the night and into the morning by all the teams involved and only two cars were unable to make the Hy-Miler field on Saturday. This fact alone made the race even more important to Shullick Jr., the Acme Race team and all the others who prevailed.
The Hy-Miler had four leaders and some of the most exciting racing a fan could ask for. But in the end the 49 sat in victory lane, having led 83 of the 100 laps and inching Shullick Jr. closer to his legendary father, Dave Shullick Sr.'s record of 5 Hy-Miler victories. Shullick Jr. phoned his famous dad to give him the news and Shullick Sr. kiddingly said it might be a good time to come out of retirement!

SANDUSKY, OH (July 26, 2019) - A good field of supermodifieds from ISMA and MSS was on hand to start off the 42nd annual Hy-Miler weekend of racing at Sandusky Speedway's Fast Forty on Friday night. On one hand it was a great night for Jim Paller who drove to his first ever Fast Forty and ISMA win. But, for many it was a night of destruction from the first green. Paller, however suggested he had some good luck riding with him in his Bodnar built number 64 machine.
