Oswego, N.Y. (Aug. 5, 2017) - Hold on to your hats ISMA fans as coming up are three big races in August. It all starts at Lee USA Speedway (NH)'s Ollie Silva Memorial on August 11, an event highlighted by the Bentley Warren motorcycle charity ride and 75 laps of winged super racing. This night is a plus for winged super fans as the Small Block Supers join the powerful Big Block ISMA group on the slate.. Then it's a drive south into Connecticut to the New London-Waterford Speedbowl for the traditional Wings and Wheels night on Saturday, August 12, which also features the winged NEMA groups in addition to the MRS modified 100. Just one week later, on August 19, the ISMA supers head north of the border to Delaware Speedway for the biggest winner's payday in sometime, the $10,000 to Win Harv Lennox Memorial 75. The event was initiated by Corr-Pak owner and dedicated Tammy 10 fan, John Brush who, along with fellow Canadians, Brad Lichty (PATCO), Mark Sammut (Murray's Transmission) and Rick Lennox of Arctic Equipment, put together a big tribute to the legendary Harv Lennox, driver of the Tammy 10 supermodified, coming up with a $10,000 top prize for the Saturday night event. The ISMA season continues into September with the Sept. 2 Oswego Super Nationals, part of Budweiser Classic Weekend, the Star Classic on September 9th and concluding at the famed World Series of Speedway Racing at Thompson Motorsports Park October 13-14, one of the biggest race weekends a fan will witness.
